All guest must complete their official registration in the Embassy Suites Hotel lobby on THURSDAY - FRIDAY APRIL O8-09, 2027. TBA

All guests are required to individually register at the Embassy Suites hotel lobby from. This registration will confirm their seating assignment. Persons who who have bought the reserved tables are the only one to register: Thursday-Friday , APRIL 08-09, 2027

Reserved tables:  The individual who purchased the reserved table is the only person authorized to collect the registration envelope. This envelope contains all wristbands for the assigned table and their guest. Upon pickup, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for distributing the wristbands to their guests.
