Seann Tischler is the Founder & CEO of Seann’s Shades of Blue, a celebrated cultural brand that brings people together through the artistry of Chicago-style Steppin’. 

In addition to her role as an event producer and community leader, she is a seasoned Real Estate professional and the proud owner of SLT Property Management, where she combines her business expertise with a commitment to building value and trust for her clients and communities.

Born and raised in Chicago, Seann was drawn early to the rhythm and elegance of 'Chicago-style Steppin’. In 2013, she launched Seann’s Shades of Blue, a dance experience that has since evolved into a nationally recognized gathering. 

Her signature event, the Shades of Blue Elite Extraordinaire, brings together hundreds of dancers from across the country for workshops, ballroom evenings, and community-driven celebrations. With each production, Seann has demonstrated her gift for creating spaces that are inclusive, sophisticated, and deeply connected to the tradition of Steppin’.

Through these events, she has established herself as a leading voice in preserving Chicago’s dance legacy while simultaneously elevating it onto a national stage. Her ability to unite communities through music, movement, and mentorship has made Shades of Blue more than just an event, it is a cultural institution.
