Groups reserving tables in advance will be assigned seating during the designated registration hours. This ensures that your group remains together and enjoys the event in comfort and style. 

All guests included in a group table reservation must individually register at the Embassy Suites Hotel lobby between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 14, or Saturday, May 15, 2025, to confirm their seating assignment.
